Connect2Care is an incredible organisation to work for. Working here allowed me to use such a wide range of skills as a physiotherapist to really help clients live their best lives in the way that they want to. The support and mentorship was stellar and the organisation operates like a company with generations of knowledge, wisdom, systems and procedures – far outperforming the expectations of most young companies. The team works together to advocate for their clients and always go above and beyond to provide the supports needed. I am so sad to be leaving and know that although it is goodbye for now, it is definitely not goodbye forever. I look forward to watching Connect2Care reach even greater heights, making their impact on the disability sector for the better and contributing to that in the future.
