As part of your NDIS Exercise Physiology support, you will have access to Exercise Physiologists who provide exercise-based therapy to people with a broad range of health issues, to prevent or manage chronic disease, injuries, and disabilities.

Connect2Care NDIS registered Exercise Physiologists specialise in exercise-based therapy for people with a broad range of health issues to improve quality of life and functional capacity. Exercise therapy programs include strength, stability, coordination, fitness, posture, balance, and flexibility to increase functional abilities and independence with daily activities.

An NDIS-approved Exercise Physiologist will assess and manage a person’s condition with specific exercise programs designed to help a person reach their goals.

NDIS Approved Hydrotherapy

Hydrotherapy is the use of water for therapeutic exercise treatment.

We provide hydrotherapy to improve strength, mobility, balance, and coordination, with the facilitation of a hydrotherapy pool. Our Exercise Physiologists use water-based therapy that has lasting and meaningful changes to assist our clients better function outside the water.

Working with clients in water allows them better comfort, more freedom of movement, and improved circulation, and reduces the risk of swelling, pain, and muscle spasms.

Our Mobile Exercise Physiology Services

Our mobile Exercise Physiology services allow our Physiologists to visit clients in their own homes, schools, work, or other appropriate environments.

This can help clients with mobility or transport challenges and means they receive exercise physiology services in the environment they are most comfortable in.

In addition to our mobile support, we can also arrange exercise physiology appointments at our Melbourne, Brisbane, or Sydney centres. Our open and bright clinical spaces provide a safe and meaningful session.
