Mobile Allied Health Support
As a predominantly mobile therapeutic service, we come to you. Our therapists are experienced with working in our clients’ own homes, schools, or other community settings. We are currently based in Melbourne, Sydney, Brisbane, Adelaide, the ACT, and Perth. If a face-to-face appointment is not possible or preferred, our Telehealth services are also available.
Connect2Care can provide all services in the setting that is most appropriate for the client and their needs. This can be an extremely convenient way of working towards and achieving one’s goals as there would be no need for you to leave where you are. This can save time and effort on the client’s behalf.
Whether it’s therapy to support your everyday needs or exploring one’s equipment requirements (assistive technology), formal assessments, travel, workplace, school or educational goals all this can be done in the comfort of an environment that works for the client.

Centre-based Therapy
In addition to our mobile support, we also welcome clients to come into our Melbourne, Brisbane, or Sydney centres for appointments. Our open and bright clinical spaces provide a safe and meaningful session with our therapists.
We can provide almost all therapy types in this setting where we can work towards goals that are important to the client. Whether it be equipment (assistive technology) trials, formal assessments, or regular therapy, all is possible if clients prefer to come into a clinic rather than have us visit them in the community.
We may use specific equipment and tools that allow us to provide purposeful therapy that can be easily transferred into any setting type – like your home, office, or community environment. This ensures that the goals achieved are not limited to a clinic but rather ones that can empower our clients to be more independent in all aspects of their lives.
Other benefits include value for money as a travel fee would not be charged for these clinic-based appointments.
