Connect2Care is predominantly a mobile therapeutic service, so we come to you.
Our therapists are registered NDIS providers in Canberra and throughout the ACT, and our mobile services mean we can treat people in their own homes, schools or other community settings.
Connect2Care mobile clients will have access to assistive technology to cover their daily equipment needs, such as wheelchairs, scooters or other mobility devices, toileting and shower assistance, technology that can focus on ensuring they are safe and functional, along with innovative equipment that can assist with their daily activities.

Therapy can mean so many different things to different people. For some, it’s therapy to support a client’s everyday needs (dressing, showering, eating, or simply getting around) for others it can be the exploration of specific equipment (assistive technology) that can greatly impact one’s independence or ease of doing a task. Our Canberra Hub
We understand that some people may wish to visit a Canberra NDIS provider at a registered practice, so we welcome people to our Manuka, Griffith hub for an appointment.
At our hub, our clients have access to equipment to help them learn through repeatedly practising a variety of skills, including internet-enabled PCs, laptops and iPads, and climbing frames to help with measuring muscle strength, interactive whiteboards, kitchenettes with utensils for clients to practise making meals and carry out household tasks, and various toys for children to play with.
Our Manuka office is located in Griffith, just outside of Canberra’s city centre and is easy to access as it is only 5 kilometres south of the CBD. Nearby parking is available, and we are close to public transport particularly the local bus services.
