NDIS Therapy New Graduate Program and Events
Connect2Care offers a staged new graduate program which spans over 12 months to ensure the graduate has all the supports needed to launch them into a successful, meaningful, and fulfilling career.
The program will educate and upskill graduate clinicians to become skilled in a diverse range of cases and gain experience within the industry. The curriculum will cover all aspects of disability therapy, including working with people with physical disabilities, mental health conditions, autism, dementia, and more. The program will also help expand skills in customer service and client communication.
All allied-health students and graduates who wish to join our new graduate program must take note of our core values, as this is what we believe develops our graduates into great allied health professionals within their therapeutic industry.
If you join our physiotherapy graduate program, psychology graduate program, or any of our other graduate programs, you become part of the Connect2Care team. You’ll receive full support and mentoring through 1:1 sessions and shadowing with our highly experienced staff members who will teach you everything they know to help you gain well-rounded experience for your career.
In addition to learning from experts in your therapeutic field, you’ll also learn about our company and the value of connecting with our clients on a personal level. Part of being a Therapist is making sure you connect with people from all backgrounds, so communication is key to helping them achieve their goals.

Occupational Therapy Graduate Program
We are looking for graduate Occupational Therapists who want to improve the lives of others while gaining experience in their field.
The Connect2Care Occupational Therapy Graduate Program helps to facilitate the transition between student and competent, confident, independent clinician. The program offers a new graduate with one-to-one support, shadowing opportunities, access to clinical mentors in a range of areas, in-house and external professional development as well as a network of support in which to build and consolidate their clinical skills.
Our graduates are supported to explore a diverse caseload with a focus on gaining a comprehensive set of skills. They are facilitated to identify areas of interest in which they may like to target their career.

Our New Graduate Events
When you join our team at Connect2Care, you are not simply joining a workplace but rather a family. We have an incredible culture and a shared vision to make a difference in the lives of the people we work with.
We hold regular social events throughout the year to ensure our team remains connected. Some are focussed specifically on our graduates including our ‘New Graduate Wellbeing Day’ and others will be company wide. We do our part to support local charities with our team engaging in ‘fun runs’ or walks throughout the year.
