Connect2Care is predominantly a mobile therapeutic service, so we come to you.

Connect2Care mobile clients will have access to assistive technology to cover their daily equipment needs, such as wheelchairs, scooters or other mobility devices, toileting and shower assistance, technology that can focus on ensuring they are safe and functional, along with innovative equipment that can assist with their daily activities.

If you are looking for NDIS service providers in Canberra, Connect2Care is available to provide your allied health needs including:

We also offer telehealth appointments for many of our services to support clients who are based outside of Canberra, or for people who cannot attend in-person appointments. Our in clinic and telehealth appointment types do not incur a travel charge.

Therapy can mean so many different things to different people. For some, it’s therapy to support a client’s everyday needs (dressing, showering, eating, or simply getting around) for others it can be the exploration of specific equipment (assistive technology) that can greatly impact one’s independence or ease of doing a task. Others may want to look into formal assessments and what they mean.

There can be other goals around travel, gaining meaningful employment, or school/education needs. Connect2Care can customise or advise you on the best location based on individual circumstances and goals.

Contact our helpful support team to discuss your requirements, or you can submit your referral directly online.
