Kim has an extensive history working in the disability sector with over 15 years of experience. Graduating from Physiotherapy in 2004, Kim moved into the disability setting working predominantly with children with high and complex needs. Kim then went on to complete a Diploma of Education in 2010 where she continued working as a teacher and an advocate in special education. She is passionate and determined to work within the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) to improve the outcomes of those living with disability.
With her innovative style and extensive background, she brings a fresh approach to working within the NDIS ensuring that all participants receive the best support enabling them to reach their maximum potential. Kim strongly believes in a collaborative team approach and integrated therapy empowering participants and their families.
